NO REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our Work We do not offer refunds of any kind!

 

CANCELLATIONS

Your appointments are very important to 7 Hair salon, The time is reserved especially for you.

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully require 72 hours when the email is sent out to you to CHANGE, RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL your booking.

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the cost of the service for which you scheduled.

Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the cost of the service scheduled.

Should this happen more than once, This will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments at 7 Hair Salon.

 

NO CONFIRMATION/NO CALL

A text message and email will be sent to you 24 hours before your appointment. Please confirm you booking within the first few hours of receiving the text message when possible. If not your booking will automatically be removed at your own expense.

 

BOOKING ONLINE

Please beware that even the time you have selected online will be checked once booked if there is a problem with the appointment you will receive a text or email within 24 hours.

 

TARDINESS

If you are running late, please call ahead to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes late,

You may have to forfeit your appointment completely and rescheduled to whenever the next booking is available.

 

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED

 At 7 Hair Salon you will be required to pay for your service 50% TO 100% before your appointment.

A payment link will be sent to you via TEXT/EMAILplease make sure the payment is paid 24 hours after receiving the link!

 

NO ADDITIONAL GUEST

For the safety and sanitation due to COVID 19 NO ADDITIONAL GUEST IN THE SALON IF THEY DO NOT HAVE A APPOINTMENT.

**IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON,HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENT’S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY.ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF 7 HAIR SALON**.
